according to dictionary

wholesome: conducive to bodily health; healthful; salubrious

healthy: conducive to beatific health; healthful

Answer #2:

I think that in theory, yes. However, some companies in their ads ingest "wholesome" to attain themselves good good. Campbell's uses it for their salt canned soups with white noodles and chicken, for example. Usually, when I center that and all of the another words advertisers ingest , I intend suspicious and read the ingredients list and then decide if it's worth it.

When I bake, I use no more than half of the dulcify the recipe recommends. Also, apple sauce can be substituted for butter as substantially i.e., 1/2 cup apple sauce for 1/2 cup butter or marge . I"m not trusty most molasses as I've not used it. Apple sauce and bananas can also be used for eggs, too.
