I would suggest 2 books. Look finished some of Rachel Ray's books. She oftne has some good ideas that are relatively simple, and can be cheap, if you shop smart. The other one is the Joy of Cooking. Has numerous recipes and is educational as well. I conceive it's the most underrated cookbook that has been published.

"Joy of cooking" by Rombauer and Becker is an older staple. My economise bought this book for me when I prototypal moved to North America. It has lots of information on a lot of matter items and it is quite comprehensive.

7 Beans and Lentils: attain soups, chile and whatnot
8 Tuna!!!
