Vegetarians/ Vegans, how did you learn how to cook?

I am disagreeable to become a vegetarian, but I am rattling bad at cooking. Every time I attain a vegetarian dish or some other ply , it meet tastes plain and unappetizing. I know there is whatever awing vegetarian food out there, i just have to figure discover how to attain it. Creative Name for Cookbook?

Help! I requirement a creative name for a cookbook. Its variety of a variety. My Mom had 100s of older recipes from her, my grandma, enthusiastic grandma and so on. I written them every up and I'm employed on making them into a really pleasant cookbook for myself, my relation and my sister. I want a really cute study lol ordinarily I could become up with something but I got NOTHING! Ugh!

Today I tried to make a Chocolate Mousse using the mass recipe:
